Eve Maria Bridgeforth began coordinating events in March of 2002.  With a love for parties and creativity, her passion of planning for others began to take shape.  The first major job came in October of 2002 with the Cosmopolitan Chamber of Commerce and the rest is history.  Now preparing for her 5th Annual Summer Breeze Jazz Concert Series "Jazz in B Minor" Anniversary Celebration (summer 2010)... with some of the best jazz musicians in Chicago, Events by Eve is quickly becoming the fastest growing event planning service in Chicago.  With a client list that includes J Records, Magic Johnson Enterprises, Hotel SAX Chicago, US Cellular and Alberto Culver...the dream is well on it's way!

 BREAKING NEWS I am sure that most of you are aware of the terrible fire that damaged the 47th Street Marketplace which housed Blu 47 restaurant and SteeleLife Art Gallery and other  businesses in the Bronzeville neighborhood on the corner of 46th and King Dr.  My ties to Blu 47 and SteeleLife hold a special place for me because of the business relationship that I have shared with both venues since 2004.   I was just in the gallery the Saturday before the fire hosting a 40th birthday celebration for a client of mine...and as usual...there were many smiles and a good time was had by all in attendance.As all the business owners begin to make decisions about moving forward and re-building...which I know they will, I wish each and everyone of them all the success in the world and my prayers are with them always.Sincerely,Eve Maria Bridgeforth
